1 Graham and Angela discussed the meeting they had with Mr Nigel Douthwaite, (Wednesday 15th February 06) and explained about the forms needed to be filled in order to apply for funding for the club.

2 It was also discussed the need to set up a bank account for the club and was decided to use the Abbey National.

3 We discussed the cost of the sessions and gradings and decided to leave the sessions as they are but raise the grading fee by £5 to £20.00, this is to cover the increase in price of the certificate and belt.

4 It was discussed that another promotion by handing out leaflets to King Jame’s School Children would be discussed with The Community leader. Graham to sort.

5 The next meeting will be June 2006 exact date to be arranged.
